    The one on the right is California compliant. It has a bullet button.

      I would expect that the CA model comes from the factory with a 10 round mag and bullet button. The other one is probably not CA compliant from the factory, but Riflegear has added the bullet button and swapped the standard 30 round mag for a CA low capacity mag.

          In this case not much difference. It made a huge difference with my arsenal ak. If you get a CA compliant factory arsenal, it comes with some proprietary bullet button that is not easily reversible. The other option is to find a normal one with a bullet button installed to make it CA compliant. I went with the latter at RG.

            So it seems that the one on the right is the better option. Also, looks like the one on right is selling faster.

                The big difference is that it is $50-$100 cheaper than in Northern CA
