Modified birdcage muzzle brake

So I was at work and saw a video on YouTube regarding muzzle brakes effectiveness. I learned that a birdcage muzzle brake doesn't really work in reducing recoil like other "custom" brakes do. So I thought if anybody ever modified a birdcage brake and didn't see anything on google. So long story short I had some free time today put on some ice cube picked up my Dremel tool and made some music.... Hopefully I'll go to the range soon and see how bad of an idea this was.

Ruined an A2 "FLASH HIDER". It was never a muzzle break to begin with, now it is ugly junk. I really hope you're kidding. And painting it orange like an Airsoft is a good way to pee off LEOs.

You need to understand the purpose of a flash hider and effectiveness how a compensator functions.
As others said. That orange tip will just piss off LEO.

I modified mine as well. Made them into shifter pegs for my bike.
