A "2nd Amendment Education Night" is scheduled Friday [June 24] at the Battle Creek Bombers baseball game.

Plans for the open carry event have been underway for months.

"It's a celebration of responsible gun ownership and learning, if you do have a firearm, how to do it safely," said Bombers General Manager Tony Lovieno.

Who's not a fan of the game now?

I can't recall sitting through a whole game. I liked playing it as a kid, but can't tolerate watching it because of so much pauses in the game. For example, they should do away with pitching warm-ups. No other sport let's someone warm up during a middle of a game. Ridiculous. That's like a kicker coming in for a game winner and he gets to warm up while everyone stands around watching.

I saw this on the Mom's Demand Action FB page and people were FREAKING OUT. It was hilarious. Some broad was so upset because apparently there is a little league tournament next door at the same time. like "No! My kid my witness someone expressing their rights and be ruined forever!"
