Whats the consensus on Wilson Combat 6.8 barrel performance?

My buddy has a Wilson Combat 223 barrel and likes it a lot. I'm not sure if I'd get my money's worth for the extra cost though.

2 is usually my max, i like a little bit of compatability between my rifles.

I have multiple rifles in the same caliber. I just don't want 2 ARs in the same caliber. Right now I have a 9mm and 2 in 5.56, that's why I'm look to swap 1 over to 6.8.
