    FFL!?!?!

Just found out last week from the government that I will be getting my FFL anytime soon. It will be my first time owning a business & am pretty excited to get it going. I have all my business licenses ready just need the webpage made (already have the domain) & the final approval of the FFL

How long did it take and what kind of red tape did you have to go through? Also what type of ffl?

              Congrats..

ATF is only half the battle. Do you have your local business license that says "valid for the retail sales of firearms" or whatever..? Your COE? Your firearm safety instructor cert?

                This.

Just today I was wondering what kind of license you need to sell ammo and guns. Seems like business has been booming for years even prior to revenge panics. Imagine the stores we're buying ammo from, they can't keep it stocked, imagine that problem.

What's the order of operations to start a business like that?

When do you need to actually start investing serious money and rent an office/retail space?

Right at the beginning.. ATF won't let you get passed your interview with them if you don't have a signed lease agreement or own a business location properly zoned for it.

Not necessarily. You can run it out of ur house u just need to fill out some extra paperwork & get the city's approval

That would make your home a business location that is properly zoned for it
