Its inexpensive ammo, good for plinking. I had a bit of hiccup with my M&P40c with regards to feeding; it wasn't going fully into battery. The next magazine with copper jacketed bullets fed just fine. Next magazine with perfecta had the same feeding issues. I assume its because they're brass jacketed and there was just too much friction, or the bullet was slightly out of spec. Who knows.
Won't stop me from buying it in the future. FYI for those that care, the ammo is made in Italy, non corrosive boxer primer, brass cases, brass jackets.Comment

I had the same issue with my 40 shield, the pefecta has a smaller extractor groove than other 40 brass, the extractor was hanging up on it since it didn't fit the brass groove right. so I rounded and polished the extractor and it runs perfect now with all ammo. The perfecta works flawlessly in my Steyr M though, and it's reloadable brass.Originally Posted By CTbuilder1 @ arfcom:

Thats what it was, it wasn't sliding under the extractor like every other ammo. I just tried chambering a round and the exact fail to feed happened. I'll have to remember to strip the extractor out and polish it, I've only done the bolt face.I had the same issue with my 40 shield, the pefecta has a smaller extractor groove than other 40 brass, the extractor was hanging up on it since it didn't fit the brass groove right. so I rounded and polished the extractor and it runs perfect now with all ammo.
