You have to understand that the politicians are well aware that the laws will do nothing but criminalize lawful gun owners. It's about control and only control. Not safety.

I watched the video before, and always enjoy watching it again. Its classic, a legal immigrant correctly citing legal precedence, to a legislative body bent on depriving citizens of their Second Amendment rights. I also enjoy his comment that violence is due to societal decay, not the presence of firearms.
