Firearms Freedom Act

for those who are currently live in states or know people living in states that passed this act, is this still going on? I still see people filing for sbr tax stamps from states that have the firearms freedom act.

For those who dont know what firearms freedom act is:

It's dead. Montana Shooting Sports Assoc. lost in federal court a few years ago.
