OK, quick question is UPS going to want the receiving FFL's number or will they just ship to the address. I know they will probably verify address in relation the receiving FFL says just ship it with a copy of my ID. It's going out of state.

I've never had UPS ask me for the FFL.

I always have the name and address of the gunsmith manufacturer on the package not to just the gunsmith's name. Since I'm shipping out of Bakersfield, it is probably easier than most places in California so your mileage may vary.
