Gunbroker: California IP block?

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble loading their website. I know I read controversy about California buyers and things, but is the whole site blocked or is it just me?

I get the "Page Not Found" page every time I try to load it.

Problem. East Coast time.

We had a hardware issue come up and need to shut down our entire platform for repairs. We will be shutting down at midnight (give or take) and expect the work to take a few hours. All auctions scheduled to close in this time will be extended.

Can't block "California" IPs, anyway. It's not that easy to identify even a large enough part of them, especially given that many large ISPs and companies route their traffic through gateways located in various geographical locations.
