DD5V1 having trouble finding a sound directional device

I just got a DD5 V1 and I am have trouble finding a sound directional device that will work with the factory brake, I think they call there factory break a SSD. I looked at the warden, but I will have to buy a SF SOCOM brake. I am having trouble finding info about my question on the Internet.

Most concussion mitigating devices mount with a system that is proprietary to each MFG.
There are a couple that mount behind the FH , but they are not QC like the rest.
You are better off changing your stock MD out for a CMD system that works together like a SF, Griffin, Fortis or others on a quality rifle like a DD

You have a $3000 rifle in your hands and don't know what they call the things in the manual?

Are you going for a featureless build because the SSD is described as a flash reducer.
