    Think I got riped off

    So I sent money order for a 7.62 Krink kit to a guy in New Jersey he got the mo on the 14 and emailed me he was going to ship same day and I can't find his post on here I did not post on his add we went through the mail just trying to figure out what to do

      Call ATF when he doesn't respond because it sounds like you got scammed.

                      Out his user name & real name here if you're confident you got jacked. You have an "email" or a PM from him?

                      I'd say you are SOL. Money order is cash essentially and not really traceable. Sounds like you also were hasty & didn't do a proper transaction.

                                  Postal money order = mail fraud go to your post office and file a claim/charges. Western Union money order = wire fraud = call FBI = tough s**t = civil problem.

                                              I have never been gipped on an out of state buy. Many items from gunbroker/ e-bay/ craigslist/ ar15.com etc . I only but from verified persons by internet & personal contact. No talkee no deal.
