                              I always love it when ppl call the cops on themselves. I try to tell people, as hard as the politics get sometimes, being a LEO is a front row seat to the greatest show on earth.

                                  Yep. Another case of it is not the gun's fault. Most often, people who do stupid things with guns have other serious problems to begin with. In this case, he was likely experiencing paranoia after using the wacky weed or something else that he was late on paying for. Much like his unpaid tickets.
