Palmetto state armory not shipping what I ordered...

So I've been ordering from palmetto a lot lately. Tons of ammo and some parts as well. Well my 2 most recent orders were screwed up. First, I ordered 2k rounds of independence 45 acp. Which is 40 50rd boxes. It came in a sealed case of 1k rds. And the other came in a very different box and was missing 1 box of 50 rds. I sent an email, got a response and they fixed it. Now this second order was some 556 ammo, an LPK and 1k rds of American eagle 45 acp. The 1k rds were 10 100rd boxes. These are cases of 5 100rd boxes. They only sent me 1 case of 500rds along with the 556 ammo and the LPK. I've sent an email, waiting on a response. But this is some really poor service. Anyone else have issues with them recently? Or is it just me?

Yeah i order some ammo when they had the free shipping if you buy more than 10 boxes its been almost a month and still nothing.

I've ordered from them about ten times over the last year including ammo and everything has been delivered as ordered.

I try not to order from them anymore unless it's a crazy deal.

I had an issue with my order and had a very hard time getting through to anyone.

I've ordered from them many times, but only had them mess up one time. They shipped parts of my order separately, and in the box would be a little invoice with missing items from my order crossed out. It wasn't clear to me that they were out of those items or if they were going to be in another box arriving later. Eventually I called them and they told me those items were oos and they would refund me for them.

Okay, fine, but the canceled items were also the largest and heaviest, and they hadn't adjusted shipping charges in the refund. When I noticed that I gave them another call and they said they would fix it. They ended up refunding my entire shipping charge. Long story short, I wasn't too happy with the hassle but they made it right and then some so I still order from them. Luckily no issues since.

Never ordered ammo from them but all my AR items have been delivered, usually fairly quickly. I've not had any issues with their products either.

No issue at all: they won't sell to residents in Sacramento because they THINK there's an internet ammo restriction here. Not to worry, though, because Gavin's trying to fix that for the whole state.

They have some great prices, and great customer service, but their shipping department is a bit lacking imho. Awhile ago I ordered barrel from them. The rather flimsy box and packing arrived, but no barrel. They took care of it, but now that's in the back of my mind every time I look at their stuff.

Never had a problem with parts, but I did have a problem with ammo. Apparently they were back ordered , but sent a partial shipment. Online it showed the order as shipped, but the invoice showed only partial fulfillment. Eventually it all showed up.

Have never had trouble with PSA. When they run a bunch of extreme sales all at one time I think they get ahead of themselves, but they will always deliver.

I only had one problem with them - missing a box of .45 ACP ammo - and theu fixed it. All my other orders were okay (yeah, it took a while but I knew that).

Nowadays, I have only ordered from sgammo.com and TargetSportsUSA.com. Really pleased with both.

Never ordered ammo from PSA. But all other items I have ordered, I have had no issues.

About 2 years ago, I ordered 1000rds of Geco 9mm from PSA. A couple weeks later they sent me 1000rds of Geco 223. The next day the 1000rds of 9mm showed up.
I sent 4 emails and left 5 voice messages with no response. Finally I got someone on the phone after waiting on hold for 25 minutes. They said they had no record of the 223 being sent,and said thank you and good bye.

Very strange.

Wish they'd send me free ammo.

Ordered 2 uppers, 2 Cal compliant complete lowers, one stripped lower, 4 lower kits and other items. Always got them, no delays.
