I need to get a hold of these guys, but I can't find a legit phone number for them. All I keep getting is their answering machine. They don't return my e-mails either.

I had the same experience with them. No returned emails regarding a missing part. About a month later I received an email with conf# and it eventually arrived.
Seems like they sell items they dont have in stock.

Thanks for replying MVPATRIOT. UPS has lost my $800 package and I need to talk to these guys about it. I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of them. They are really pissing me off. UPS sucks also. The Ontario branch has lost 2 of my packages in the past.

I ordered a pistol upper from them and they told me that they were waiting for parts to come in in order to assemble and ship. Made me wait a few extra weeks but eventually did come. I just wish they didn't sell items they didn't ahve in stock ready to ship. Other than that I was happy with the build.

i just got an email from them 10 minutes ago. i ordered an mpa-30 mini 9mm kit from them and i got the mini center section, m10 side plates both of which i ordered and an m11 upper kit. they said just send back the upper and they will exchange it. i first emailed them a week ago but i figured its the holidays maybe they're on vacation.
