How soon can I sell guns?

Hey guys, so I just moved back to CA. I was in Virginia for a little while and became a resident there. Job didn't work out and I just got my license here again. I acquired a few new guns while there. I'm in the process of registering them with the DOJ now. However I wanted to know how long do I need to wait before I can sell them. When I last did that (2014) it took them like 6 months to send me the acknowledgement forms for all the guns I registered. Do I need to wait on those forms before I can sell any new guns in registering?

And I know that guns previously registered don't need to be re-registered.

Once you are a resident, no wait required. Also no need to reg if you plan on selling before 60 days...

As soon as you have CA photo ID with your current address, you can sell them. You do not have to register them. The law says you have 60 days to sell or register them.

That's one hell of a way to circumvent the roster.

^^^ Yeah, because moving to the East Coast is such a cheap process, and then moving back to CA, that must be free right?
