Good barrel for 20" build?

i have been looking for a while and have a price range of about 250-300,can i find any better barrel than faxon 416-r for that price?

I bought a Del-ton non-chromed for $150. It turned out to be more accurate than any of my Daniel Defense or BCM barrels.

Go figure.
