Rant. I ordered "Magpul Dynamics" 3 disk DVD and the package that fed ex brought it in was in perfect condition. I opened the package just now and the case is cracked on the edges which isnt a big deal but it made me inspect all the disks. the second one looks like someone force spun it in a player or in the package as there is a huge half moon gouge in the disk. This wouldnt have been able of been caused during shipping. As good of a company that they are, I assumed incorrectly that everything would be gravy. How good is their customer service? I just shot them an email.

I had the same issue, called it in and they sent me a replacement with a box for me to send the old ones in.

I didnt get a chance to call them today but I did shoot out an email. I will hopefully have the time to call them in the morning. I did check out disk 1 and it was pretty cool with some stuff to brush up on. I really like their teaching style and think that I will try their style in the future when instructing others.Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!
