Last night my son was at the Walgreens prescription drive through, with his lady, his baby, and buddy in the car. Through the window, he saw an armed gangster bro jump over the counter and hold up the cashier, rifle the register, and book in the waiting gangsta mobile.
He had his passengers get out, dialed 911 and followed giving the dispatcher a play by play. Obviously not locals, or not having thought the heist through, as Walgreens is a block or so from the cop shop, and the LEO are on it right now, including the Chief, and pursue the perps into the residential area (which has many active and retired LEO) and not many exits. The bad guys bail on the stolen rig and start fence hopping. The Chief caught one, the dog ate one, the other was captured alive.
