Bad experience Tomstactical

Bought a BCG, magpul sight magpul stock. Order paid got an email order was completed.

Emailed the next day requesting tracking info. No reply.

Called and emailed got a canned response.

Today, someone from Tomstactical cancelled my order. waited 4 days for it to be shipped.

You would think buying from a mom and pop and CG seller, you'd receive some sort of a personal service in my experience they have the mentality of a typical gunshop, avoid.

Tomstactical = d*ck move.

Also, It pains me to write these things, I prefer to keep quiet.

I didn't even complain when they sent me a Non Mil spec buffer tube stock. I said, its ok I'll replace the stock with some magpuls no big deal.

And the couple LPK's I got from them had very rough triggers and missing parts, I let it go as well. I said its ok perfect time to upgrade the trigger, clean the parts etc.
