Last week I bought a .50 Beowulf unfired rifle that was on consignment at my local gun shop. Price was too good to pass up.
Yesterday I went to the same shop and the owner smiled as he opened up up two (50 cal size) Plano containers and in them were 480 rounds of .50 Beowulf in original packaging. He said another customer had passed away and the family was liquidating a few things.
I ended up buying the whole lot for $360 including the containers ($0.75 per round). Sure beats $1.25 per round online.
