Stern is a POS 2A or not. Being 2A does not in any way make someone good or worth a crap.

It doesn't change what you said. Clearly you didn't listen to what he said during yesterday's show. He said along the lines of people being law abiding, they can have whatever they want. So to my point, it seems like he has had a change of heart. Whether he's sincere about it is up for debate. I'm just going off of what he was saying and it was refreshing to hear from someone with that big of a platform.
Clearly YOU didn't listen to what he - DIDN'T say - and DIDN'T refute on his prior comments - during yesterday's show.
"Whether he's sincere about it is up for debate"
Well, no, it isn't really, because he has flipped-flopped on so many issues in the past, contradicting himself, that anything he says should be viewed for momentary entertainment ONLY and not something of credibility, which does not need debate. You ARE just going off what he was saying in this one instance, and as others have noted in this thread, you should be very careful going off what hucksters of controversy might say in single momentary conversations for ratings. Howard does it for numbers, politicians do it for votes, hookers do it for dollars - it's called whoring.
History and their actions are more important, and Howard has failed repeatedly in that regard and proven himself to be a hypocrite against us more times than he has stood with us.
You are supporting someone that has stated in the past he wants to ban (erroneously termed) "Assault Weapons". This interview you are citing does not waver from that perspective for him, nor does it present anything contrary to those wishes on his part as disseminated in the past. You can't "pick and choose" what parts of the 2nd Amendment you like or don't like or say some guns are more evil than others because they look funny.
And don't be so naive that you don't think he doesn't have to keep ratings and numbers afloat, contract or not. Willing to bet that may even be a stipulation in his contract, to maintain certain numbers, hits, etc.
If he maintains this position for longer than this one transmission, if he does other interviews stating the same OUTSIDE of his show, if he willingly expresses these views outside of the booth - THEN maybe I'll share your new found enfatuation for Stern.
Until then, he is suspect, and a known hypocrite - willing to say anything to get people like you to go on Internet Bulletin Boards and extoll the virtues of his being and help him spread his exposure to the world while acting as little PR campaigners for his show, even if unwittingly.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment

Ok you win. I'm not here to argue or pursue any sort of pro howard stern agenda. My point is that it was refreshing to hear what he had to say and make logical arguments for 2a rights even if he is a hypocrite (which I agree). He even contradicted himself by saying he's pro 2A but supports Hilary. If that conversation he had on air changes the mind of just one liberal anti gunner then that's a win for us in my book.Clearly YOU didn't listen to what he - DIDN'T say - and DIDN'T refute on his prior comments - during yesterday's show.
