Damn, I carry everyday. Never been to a state approved gun carrying class. Just ordered 4 lowers this morning that shipped to my FFL today. As soon as they arrive, I pay him $25 and take my lowers home to do whatever I want with them. I couldn't deal with California bull****. If I was offered a high paying position in California, I would say no. I don't think you could pay me enough to live in California. Hell, I won't even visit. Going to Disney next year in Florida. Won't even consider going to the one in California. Democrats have ruined your state.

Well If he never lived here . He has no idea what b.s. California gun Owner deal with . And if he left I would say good for him I know many who bailed . And hope to one day but it's not in the cards for many , family , careers or plain stubbornness to give up keep us here .

Yes multiple times, I've had my car torn apart and searched without my consent for firearms because I had a sticker on my window and the cop didn't believe I didn't have any guns with me, he also called me a terrorist because he found some paracord and my flight bag.

I was also handcuffed and detained for around half an hour at an airport after having my car screened at a 'random' checkpoint, even though I was legally CCW'ing. Took the cops that long to finally ask for my permit and verify that I was clear, only did that after they searched my car.

I've also had some very respectful encounters with police, but these positive encounters don't make me naive to the fact that the police are really only there to arrest me if they can find a reason.

I was detained for an hour and my vehicle was searched by LE because I was legally transporting guns in a gun rack (Louisiana). After that I removed the gun rack from my truck because guns scare people.

I had to unwillingly modify my M1A rifle because the legislature turned it into an assault rifle by adding flash hiders to the list of features with out providing a registration period to keep it original. I had to buy without compensation a comp so I would not be committing a felony. (This one did make my rifle easier to fire follow up shots so maybe they know best)

I was harassed by LE for legally firing my guns on my property (I live in the County not city limits). Even though no law was broken.

I am not allowed to buy the same legal property (Machine guns, Silencers, SBR, etc.) as people in other states are allowed to do.

I have a box of worthless locks I have been forced to buy even though I have no need for them whatsoever.

I have had to speed a great deal of time and effort to acquaint myself with the idiotic gun laws of California so I do not became a criminal.
