A guy in my area was asking $450 for a parkerized one last year with both 9mm and 38Super barrels. It sold so I'm assuming somewhere around that price is good.

The 38 super RIA is the GI model not the "Tactical" which has reasonable upgrades for a budget 1911. It is easy to convert to 9mm and having the 9mm barrel and magazines with it would increase the value. It would be sold as a 38 super to be CA Legal on roster and I think both blue and nickel are on the roster but I haven't looked. I own an RIA Tactical 9mm but not in CA. Great gun. The GI model, to me, is with $100 less than a Tactical. So I'd say about $450.
