Store in San Diego doesn't carry AR's, manager said it was store policy.

one in Roseville had a few AR's, policy must be based on local voting patterns.

The Hanford store in the past has carried Colt,S&W AR's also.
hadn't seen any in awhile until these showed up.

When I was in the Antioch store buying a 10/22 for my granddaughter I asked about Big5 selling ARs again. The sales person told me that they are selling them again but only in the higher volume stores for now.

I've bought a number of long guns at Big 5 for good prices over the last ten years. I don't recall when they stopped selling handguns but it's been several years. At least they still sell long guns vs. Walmart that only sells ammo now. Don't see people protesting Walmart like this blog below re Big 5. It's for the Children of course. Looks like this libturd didn't get very many supporters for her "petition" though.

Sure, lady. Big 5 will stop selling firearms so that your kids won't see them. That'll work...oh wait, no it won't. Because your precious offspring will still watch television, attend movies, and play video games loaded with images of firearms...

The Pasadena store also carries a few ar's. I normally shop at the Glendale location but went to Pasadena for lunch and stopped in. I was surprised to see they had a far better selection of rifles and knives in Pasadena then they do in Glendale. I figured they all carried the same merchandise. Now I have to shop around more

The big 5 I work at can order the new ruger precision rifle, DPMS oracle, ksg or a carbon fiber Windham if you really want one. If they can get a ruger ar 556 or a smith and Wesson sport second gen I might be tempted to buy an one with my employee discount. We don't stock them cause we don't sell that many guns
