Unloaded Open Carry....Today good or bad?

What do you guys think about UOC today?
when cops will be at a maximum alert to check for DUI's and other delinquent activities via checkpoints?

Is it a good idea or bad to exercise your right to UOC today?

L.A. and O.C. area....Also need the link for the Sac PD memo, tried to search but no go. Thanks.

I beleive its legal. I would think today will be a 95% chance with a LEO investigating ME, Yes Im thinking about UOC today

I wouldn't take the chance with LA or OC too risky with the way they interpret handgun laws.

Thanks for the advise, I will UOC today. I know I will be stoped by LEO's at checkpoints, but I have no fear...will see.

Do it - but have $30k on hand for bail & defense.

If not, I'd say too risky.

Do a search for "LA DA"...you may be surprised by what you find...

Also have friends with cameras to reduce any risks of any possible "misunderstandings" with the PD.

The LA county DA just released a memo to the troops outlining what is legal and what is not. If they don't know by now they deserve to get their pants sued off!!

A small digital pocket audio recorder is not bad to have along also.

$5,000, $30,000... like I think someone said in another thread, if you have endless pockets, go all out to get the 2A-infringing laws struck down by SCOTUS.

Hell, with enough money you could even run private investigations against all the traitors in government and expose their criminal or immoral activities, and replace them with decent people. Blagojevich isn't the only elected scumbag.

You would really be putting yourself out there and might be on the wrong end of 2 to the chest and 1 to the head. Get a group of friends to all do it together for safety in numbers sake.

If a DA trumps up a charge on you it costs $5000.00 to retain a decent California firearms lawyer.
