    Is there something wrong that causes this muzzle flash?

    Anyone know if muzzle flash like this is ever normal?

    Looks like barrel and brake aren't aligned on same axis.

          Is the Muzzle brake ported to prevent muzzle climb?
          Looks like it the way its throwing gas upwards.

                  I've had similar results with Armscor ammo. Works good but very dirty.

                    Is it particles coming from the barrel and/or break or particles of Unburnt slow burning powder?

                      It's un-burnt powder. You see it more with shorter barrels. Is that a 14.5" barrel?
