    Walmart Non-Lead Ammo---Heads Up

I was in Palmdale during Christmas and saw some non-lead .270 (I believe it was Federal Barnes Triple Shock) for about 45 bucks...

And some Hornady .223 TNT Green for about 25 bucks per 20 rounds...

This was at the "S" Street Store...

I didn't think it was bad considering what Ammo Bros and Turners charges per 20 rounds (Around 50+ Bucks...) here in LA.

So if any hunters are visiting Palmdale...you may want to take a look see. I don't think any of the LA-area stores stock non-lead...if I am wrong please correct...

I was in the Monrovia Wal-Mart a little over a month ago and they had the "E-Tip" lead-free ammo, but only in .30-06 and only in 180 grain. Was at Wal-Mart in Chino on Black Friday (I know, I know) and they had the same "E-Tip" ammo but again, only in .30-06 but at least they had both 150 grain and 180 grain.

Glad to hear some lead-free ammo is available in other calibers, since I've only seen lead-free stuff in 30 cal (.308, .30-06, and the magnums).
