    High cap magazine question.

Can I give away preban high cap magazines on a rifle sale? Saying, the rifle is $1000 and since I can't sell the magazines, you can have them for free? Thanks

Nope, all in state transfers of 11+ capacity mag illegal in the PRK (Ca).
Better to have a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not have it.

    Has anyone seen my velociraptor?

No such thing as high cap magazines in Ca law. Only large cap and for rest of us 10 round.

                    ^^^ This.

Block them down to 10 rounds and keep/sell them with the original rifle they belong to.
