30 day wait question

When does the 30 day waiting period officially expires. Is it when I paid for the gun prior to the 10 waiting period or once the 10 day waiting period is over. I read the assembly bill and it states when DOJ accepted the prior application. Would I need to confirm with the FFL to get the exact date when application was accepted.

720 hours after the last DROS was STARTED

30 X 24-hour periods after you officially did the DROS on the first handgun. Add a minute to that just to be sure

Your previous DROS has its submission date and the 10-day expiration date printed on it.
