I know the store. It's a Carter's Country store over in a strip mall in a somewhat crappy area of Houston. From the reports, they got most of what that store usually stocks. It's not that big of a store and they focus more on "hunting" type guns (bolt-action rifles, shotguns, etc..), other than a few glass counters of handguns. The only guns in there that are routinely secured are the used ones on a couple racks right around the middle of the store that have a cable through the trigger guards.
The first guys they caught were caught with stolen guns in their vehicle during a traffic stop. That led them to another couple guys and over 30 of the stolen guns that were stashed at their place. If they've swept up 30+ guns, then they've more than likely got the bulk of what was taken.
Oddly enough, Carter's was linked to Fast and Furious. They had called to report attempted purchases by suspicious buyers and were TOLD BY ATF to proceed with the sale, and then some of the ATF folks told the press that they were bad guys selling guns to gangs. The owner of the store went after ATF for that. I'd have to look back and see if he won his defamation case.
