It will be largely ignored by the media and lawmakers in California because it is about permit holders and they intoner factual evidence there hasn't bee "blood in the streets" in state that are shall issue or allow permit less constitutional carry.
They already have their fear craven opinion about citizen firearms ownership, they don't want to confused with the facts.
