                  Your LGS sounds like they're pushing other guns or are woefully uninformed.

                          "Heard at my local LGS" is unfortunately as reliable as "heard from my three year old".

                          I've heard *many* errors and total lies at various gun stores, including ones that are otherwise great places to go.
