                  Their are dealers in Cali that sell on Gunbroker to people in free states so I believe that its legal, just nor for someone here to buy. Their are several handguns for sale from Cali with High capacity mags for out of state.

                      His auction clearly states "California legal" so I am sure his intent is to make it available to CA bidders.
