Case failure caused by reloaded ammo.

Glocks, especially the older .40 chambers have less chamber support than other manufacturers.

So its just different sizes of not being fully supported.

Shooting someone else's reloads is a last ditch effort for me...no way.

This kaboom has zero to do with being a glock brand.

That rso was a pure knucklehead. ..he needs education from the liability insurance company.

Glocks were more prone to kabooms because of their unsupported chambers compared to others. Especially the .40 chamber. Today not so much.

Notice beyond the inner rim that you can't see the underside of the HK compared to the Glock?

Reminds me of the time I went to a local indoor range and a guy had just purchased a new Glock and was shooting steel cased ammo out of it to save money. Total fail.
What do you think will happen by shooting steel case ammo in a Glock?

No. I posted those to show what a fully supported chamber looks like. And contrary to what Glock lovers will tell you, the newer Glock 40 chambers still aren't fully supported. They're just slightly more supported than they used to be.

Can't believe the rso told you to shoot it again. Not that factory ammo can't do the same thing but I would never shoot anyone else's reloads. I take a lot of care when reloading mine and even then it's not fool proof.

Some Glocks shoot them well. Mine chokes on it so I don't use steel case in mine.
