I use pretty much the same setup, except instead of the boolit I have am Allen wrench (It's actually a fin key for my FCS surfboard fins) 'cuz it's what I had laying around and it's made to go on a keychain.

Very nice to have it clipped right there on your waist, and not have to worry about losing it, or magnets or finger things.
