    What should i do ?

I bought a AES-10B from DDs Ranch. The gun wont chamber. The round strips from the mag. onto the face of the chamber, just below the open chamber. Not the mags. i tried them in another AK. Called DDs, he said he could not help me, take it to a gunsmith he says, tried Century Arms, they said they cant send it back to Cali. Now i have a $500.00 gun + 100 for transfer fee, and the thing dont work. I will most likely have to pay a gunsmith, but do some of you have any ideas before i spend more money on this thing. Sorry for the long story.

    Thanks

    receiver / chamber pics?
    New / replacement spring?

At a guess, you have feed ramp troubles.

How can a vendor sell someone a defective product and then just blow them off like that? I don't get it.

Repairs are warranted by Century. Unfortunately they won't ship it back to CA. Have them ship it to Henderson Defense or Freakshow Manufacturing. See if they can help you out and return the repaired rifle to your home address.

Just because an AK mag will work fine in one AK, doesn't mean it will work in another one. Try different mags first. Pictures of the internal parts will help us figure out what your problem is.

If it's a Century Arms gun, send it to them to fix it. Have them send it to me and I'll charge you just the $20 to cover shipping to ship it to you.

Just clear it with them that they will drop ship it to me before you send it off so you don't get any surprises.

I have not used Freakshow's service yet, but I always tell my potential clients about it so they can buy with confidence on the auctions sites.

                    Thank you Freakshow!

What you can also try is different ammo. Ammo can also play a role in not feeding right. Try also using a different mag. Its work a try than going through what you might have to do. Good luck.

I'll take it if you don't want to mess with it. Aks often require some
adjustments. Romanian guns aren't known for their great quality
control, but that's half the fun if you enjoy gunsmithing. Paying
someone else can rapidly jack up the cost.
