    Saw my first $1,400 VP9

I didn't think they would go this high but saw one for sale in the Marketplace. Even Calif 15-22 a die hard VP9 fan with two of them (one at $1,200 and another at $1,100) would never thought they'd go that high.

My third one will have to wait for bit I think . . .

I could go list one right now for $2000.

    Asking price is just that.

Each decides their own opportunity cost. I would never pay that for a VP9, and likely neither would most others I know. But there is probably someone, somewhere in CA, who wants one bad enough, has no other options to get one, and can afford to throw the $ to do it. Good for them as long as they get what they want and don't mind the cost.

While the seller is free to set a sky-high asking price, you are welcome to offer something down to earth, like $555

I guess if you really want something cost isn't a issue. I hated my VP9 and I paid $499.99 sold it and then got another still hated sold it. Got a VP40 and hated it.

Yes. If you can, make it 20.

I'd LOVE to have a VP9. But I can't possibly justify any more than $800 CA dollars for one. After that, I'll just stay with my guns which work quite well.

So, if I had so much money that I could afford a $1400 VP9, that would mean I have enough money to move to a free state.

I wonder how many threads are out there about this exact topic. About this exact gun. All from people who don't have them.
