    Trade vs Sale - PPT

    Just curious if there is any difference in the transaction process/fees for a PPT trade vs sale?

    I've never done a trade.

      At the FFL, you're still doing a PPT and all the associated paperwork, except it will be two PPT transactions rather than one. Trade vs sales is between you and the other gun owner as far as the money or property exchange is concerned.
