importing an m1 carbine
Hello Fellow Calgunners!
I hope this is the correct place to post this.
An old family friend from a free state is giving me an M1 Cabine Rifle. It does not have any "evil" features on it and a detachable 10 round magazine. From my understanding it's current configuration is not considered an assault weapon in the state of California. Is that correct?
Any FFLs in the High Desert (around Victorville) want to file some paperwork for me with the Government to transfer this rifle to me??
