    ACOG FAKE?

I have a gentleman from Armslist that wants to trade me this ACOG for my Saiga. I recently moved to a free state so PTP are legal here. Anyway, I was wondering if you guys could tell me if it is real or not? There are a lot of fakes out there, so I want to be sure before I buy it.

Incidentially he is telling me it's like this one. A 4x32 BAC with a Green retical. https://www.trijicon.com/na_en/produ....php?pid=TA31H

Here is the photo he sent me.

    Looks more like a 3.5 x 35 to me.

Sounds sketchy to me if he doesn't know what he's talking about.

The gentleman tells me he got it in Trade. So not knowing exactly what is not a deal breaker per se. That said it does raise yellow flags. Anyone else that wants to jump in go ahead, the more perspectives I have the better.

That's a TA11F-G, looks authentic from your picture. Markings, caps, mount, and the seam on the housing all look correct.

Important thing now is build date, if it's nearing the tritium half life it's worth less since tritium replacement is pricey.

The optic looks legit to me from the photo you posted.

It's more than likely not stolen government property, it still has the bible verse on it, but definitely call Trijicon to get a manufacture date.

If the picture above is what he wants to trade with you?
The S/N is on the picture. Get it and verify with Trijicon.

I thought we had an agreement pending verificiation it was a real. Some people these days... I may just call Trijicon tomorrow to see whats up with the numbers.
