    Long Lost M1 Carbine Round

So a while back I got a bunch of WW2 issue web belts, canteens and ammo pouches at a garage sale.

Older couple said their kids used to play with them when they were little. I used to do the same thing in my younger days.

So any way I purchased them to resell on eBay and while checking them out to confirm production dates I found this old LC 1952 M1 carbine round in the bottom of one ammo pouch.

I belive a lot of WW2 production web gear was used well into the 1950's

The funny thing is how many tmes did these little kids play army and never knew a live round was in the ammo pouch.

    That round is a reload.

Bet those kids knew it was there.

It's amazing the cool milsurp stuff you can buy at yard sales cheap, I got quite a few gun parts and ammo by stopping at yard sales on a whim

I think I paid like $5 for everything and sold it all on eBay for a couple hundred
