    El Chappo

Just saw in the news that El Chappo had a 50 cal rifle with him that was traced back to Dear Leader's Fast and Furious scandal. The same scandal a federal judge just ruled on and stated Bummer does not get to use "executive privilege" to shield himself from the investigation. Can hardly wait to find out just how far up the chain it leads. This latest rifle marks the 5th FNF weapon found in the possession of top tier criminals.

See fast and furrious worked! They wanted to trace the weapons to cartel leaders and it worked! Great job ATF. Mission acomplished. A great success.

Of course if the el chappo they caught is really just a peasant hired by the cartels to take pressure off the real leaders then its all just a sean penn hollywood lie.

I just love how the Libs talk about closing background check loopholes which allow bad people to get guns. What about the loophole that allows our federal government to sell guns to drug-lords in Mexico and Al Quaeda fighters in Syria?
All I ask is the right to own the same weapons I paid for the Taliban to own.

I'd bet Cartels sent buyers to Syria the moment they heard we were supplying weapons, just to spread some cash around in hopes of future buys.

That Syrian stuff could simmer down at any moment and a couple of machine guns or RPGs could buy a whole farm if sold at World Street Price.

On the other hand, Cartels seem like a long term ongoing business directly tapped into US economy.

Cartels were fully stocked before syria was a gleam in putins eye.

Eh, Not really. Here's a quote from the judge.

"This ruling is not predicated on a finding that the withholding was intended to cloak wrongdoing on the part of government officials or that the withholding itself was improper," the judge wrote.
Her issue with the release was parallel to Hitlery's "What Difference Does It Make" comment on Benghazi. At this time 3 1/2 yrs after the "F n F" crimes were comitted. All the pertinent information has already been publicly released in her opinion.

Yes, she is shielding her benefactor with proper politically correct statements where he is concerned. Judge Jackson was appointed to the Fed Bench by none other than Osama bin Bama, the Kenyan Messiah, and Emperor of all 57 US States.

This appears to be the only El Chappo thread currently on the General Gun Discussion feed, aside from the one talking about the video footage and tactics of the raid itself.
