Looks like the california legislative is going after ar style rifles with bullet buttons. I don't know how much more I can stand. Argh need to seriously find a new state to live in.

What a poorly written article.

Military-style assault rifles such as the one used in the San Bernardino massacre would be banned from sale or transfer in California under legislation introduced Thursday.

The state outlawed the sale of assault rifles in 1989

The author also conveniently left out the fact that the San Bernardino shooters did not purchase their guns legally, and the "bullet buttons" on both guns had been disabled.
