I agree on their face those would be misdo, but as you said, they can't take you to jail on misdo, they will arrest for, murder with possibly multiple counts, loaded firearm, discharging firearm, why you ask, because you very well could have been an accomplice.
I say that as a possible outcome
I have seen a citizen shooting, involving a armed robbery, where as I recall the citizen was not arrested, the story was that he saw the robbery in progress and retrieved his firearm. The da investigated and did not file charges, he was referred to only as 'a Good Samaritan' his name was never released to the public
