Long story short: I recently bought a firearm via PPT because of some of the spare goodies it came with. I already own a firearm just like it, so the plan was to sell the new one all along. My question is, how long would you keep the gun before selling? I may have a buyer lined up already, but would like to avoid popping up on any sort of radar for turning around and selling something I just took into my possession.

Unless you're someone who gets to take advantage of buying off the approved list, I wouldn't worry about it.
If you are someone who can take advantage of buying off the approved list, I'd delete this thread.Originally posted by tony270It's easy to be a keyboard warrior, you would melt like wax in front of me, you wouldn't be able to move your lips.Originally posted by repubconservPrint it out and frame it for all I careOriginally posted by el chivoI don't need to think at all..XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOriginally posted by pjsigYou are talking to someone who already won this lame conversation, not a brick a wall. Just be prepared to answer why you are selling it.
As a buyer, I checked the history of my most recent gun through two CGers.
All I did was ask the guy I bought it from why he was selling it so quickly.
(He beat me to the sale the first time.)
Answer: Not shooting .22 any more was good enough for me, esp. since the gun came with 400 rounds.
The gun looked good so I bought it.
Just got back from shooting it 15 minutes ago.
Very happy.
