So I walk in at the last minute of a speech tonight that Obama made.

Did anybody happen to hear it? I think It was focused on cutting back on ppt's and giving ffl's to people that buy with the intent to sell. Makeing ppt's more of a business or limiting the ammount of guns any one person can sell without having a ffl.
