The SLR15 Sully Trigger Guard is oversized which allows more room for gloved shooting. The nicest feature is that we filled on all the gaps inside and out to reduce areas that would irritate the fingers.

Are they available as stripped, registered and marked pistol lowers?

LaRue makes some. So, do Tactical Inovations and a few more that escape my mind.

No, Sully at SLR15.com makes them. They sell for $10 each, but are included with the stripped lowers they sell. There are a number of different features offered on his lowers.
