    Where to find and print a safe afidavit?

    Anywhere quick and easy? Maybe this'd be worth a sticky...Or maybe I should just go look harder.

      I never worried about it since the FFL gives me one to fill out when buying a long gun.

                  Ha, wow. Quick replies! I just want to have it filled out and take it in so I don't have to try and remember what the heck model and make and everything my safe is. I need to just write it on the back of my CCW so I always have it with me...

                      After the 2nd or 3rd time you have to fill out one of these, I hope you remember how to fill out the form without thinking...
