You MUST go buy one right away!
There is nothing to consider, no path ahead but the obvious one.
    It IS Christmas, right?

I handled one the day it came in... POS, terrible trigger, grip is not too good, and I really really hope they fixed all that stuff about firing with the safety engaged... all that, and its almost the same price as a Glock, XD, M&P, CZ, or any number of much better pistols. The whole point of Ruger autos was to be half the price of any of the big makers, but still go bang all the time. Looks, ergonomics, and accuracy were secondary.

Not trying to stir the pot here but don't you think it is unfair to other dealers when you post wholesale prices?

As best I can tell, most dealers have pretty straight forward percentage bumps on their gear. Shouldn't take a mathematician to come up with a pretty good guess.

Nope. Knowledge is power. Have you bought a car lately? (e.g. Edmunds, CarsDirect)

I think Im going to buy one of the black and od green ones later on. I liked how it pointed and its fit in my hand. for the price it doesnt compare with the grock, m&p, xd and sig pros but i think it has good potential. I am thinking of dissasembling the mag release and sanding some of the parts down, clean the area around te safety and maybe even cutting it and tig welding a larger safety lever resembling more of a 1911 and it would be a pretty mean little pistol. Probably wont be able to do that for a while because I work at Turners and thus is poor.

Unless they have an FFL and can order a large quantity, their not going to get that price anyway. If someone wants just one, they'll have to pay retail or close too it.

I was wrong about that. They are available for non-LEO.

But yes, the whole roster idea torques my jaw as well.
